333 & A333 Alloys

Ermak Foundry & Machining specializes in aluminum alloy casting. The metal alloys we use have excellent castability, weldability, pressure tightness, and corrosion resistance. 333 is a casting aluminum alloy that has 8-10% silicon, 3-4% copper, 0-1% iron, 0-1% zinc, 0.05-0.5% magnesium, 0-0.5% nickel, and 0-0.25% titanium. 333 and A333 alloys have good casting characteristics in permanent mold and better as-cast mechanical properties than 319-type alloys at a similar price point. 333 is a common alloy used for many permanent mold products and industries.
